Through his company “Riviera Filipina, Inc.” Mr. Vicente C. Angeles is well known in the Construction Industry as a leading supplier of roofing tiles and has achieved a distinguished reputation over the years for quality service and products.
In the late 80’s, Mr. Vicente C. Angeles met Mr. Brian W. Rothnie, an Australian citizen visiting the Philippines on business and soon after these two gentlemen formed a partnership, Riviera Homes Improvement, Inc. to import “Boral” Gypsum Boards to the Philippines. In that time Gypsum board was still quite new to the local construction industry but is now the preferred product for wall and ceiling lining.
Following the initial success of their first joint venture came the new company “All Plasterwork Supplies, Inc.” (APS) which began manufacturing plaster cornice mouldings at their local factory in 1994 using imported materials. Today, many high rise building and hotel as well as residential homes have A.P.S. Mouldings installed.
In 1995, Arkmil Inc. was formed to handle other Australian product lines such as Dorf Bathroom fittings, Clark Steel sinks, Flexovit Abrasive discs to mention but a few. In 2001, Arkmil Inc. became a distributor of Caroma Bathroom fixtures.
Just recently, in 2008, Arkmil Inc. was appointed the official and authorized distributor of Blue Label and Signature Spa Pools and Accessoriesand Barbeques Galore and Accessories of Australia and also added a complete range of company-owned brand of abrasive product, “Pro-Tech Cutting and Grinding Wheels”.
